Sound Analysis with Comparison.
I analyzed Omni sound performance paired up with a neutral LPGT source and Aroma Jewel IEMs (used due to my intimate familiarity with their tuning) while playing a variety of test tracks such as Agnes Obel “The curse”, Sandro Cavazza “So much better” (Avicii remix), C-Bool “Never go away”, Ed Sheeran “Shape of you”, Alan Walker “Darkside”, Galantis “Hunter”, Iggy Azalea “Black widow”, Indila “Boite en argent”, Dua Lipa “Love again”, Counting Crows “Big yellow taxi”, Bob Marley “Jamming”, David Elias “Vision of her”, and Michael Jackson “Dirty Diana”.
Here is how I hear the sound of Jewel while using Omni eartips and switching to other SpinFit eartips. All these sound impressions are relative to my ear anatomy which is obviously a subjective opinion.
SpinFit Omni – its more rounded and wider shape cap creates a better seal which results in a deeper sub-bass and a more impactful mid-bass, adding weight to the low end. Mids are still balanced and natural, and treble also has a natural revealing tonality, similar to CP100+ but not as energetic as W1.
SpinFit CP100+ – its olive-shaped cap creates a bit more relaxed seal where I hear slightly more emphasis on mid-bass rather than sub-bass, more forward presentation of mids, and naturally revealing treble.
SpinFit W1 – a combination of the cap shape which is in between of Omni and CP100 and a bit softer silicone material allowed a deeper insertion that results in extra sub-bass rumble with a bit more relaxed mid-bass, balanced natural mids, and extra sparkle in treble.

And relative to a few other popular silicone eartips.
Symbio W – these hybrid eartips with a silicone cap and a foam insert underneath have a sound characteristic that brings out a deeper sub-bass, more relaxed softer mid-bass, balanced natural mids, and smoother treble.
Azla Crystal – I hear a very similar mids and treble sound response as I found with Omni, and a little less weight in the bass due to a slight reduction in a sub-bass rumble.
Final Type-E – with these eartips, I noticed the soundstage to shrink a bit, being more center focused. Sub-bass has a good deep rumble, while mid-bass is closer to neutral. Mids are a little brighter, and mid-treble has some peaks which sound harsh to my ears. Definitely not the best choice in this particular pair up.

Pair up.
Here are my short impressions of how Omni pairs up with various IEMs.

w/Aroma Jewel – it gives the bass more texture, makes it tighter and more articulate. Also, it helps to take the edge off the treble.

w/UM Mentor Multiverse – it improves the impact of the mid-bass and gives the treble a more natural and better controlled tonality without any splashiness.

w/FirAudio RN6 – it does scale up bass quantity, but at the same time makes the decay of bass notes a little shorter which gave the bass more control while also improving the clarity and the resolution of mids.

w/EE Odin – adds more weight to the low end, especially a noticeable improvement in mid-bass punch, and makes upper mids and lower treble sound less revealing and more organic. The only side effect of that was soundstage gaining more depth and a little less width, still being wide enough but having more depth now.

w/Final ZE3000 (tws) – a big transformation in sound due to the improved seal (over stock Type-E tws tips) which added a deeper sub-bass rumble, punchier mid-bass, and brought mids more forward. True-wireless shallow eartips don’t always provide the most secure fit or the best seal, but Omni had a perfect upgraded pair up synergy with ZE3k. Also, due to a smaller charging case, I can’t use ZE3k with regular eartips which prevent me from closing the lid of the case, but there was no issues with Omni.
Conclusion.
By definition, Omni means something that universally combines all things. And that is how I found these new Omni eartips, combining the best elements of all the previous SpinFit releases. While still featuring their 3D axis design, Omni has a double layer tube which is not as tall as CP1xx/W1 (IEMs) but still taller than CP1025/360 (TWS) yielding the average depth insertion, not too deep or too shallow. It also has an updated, slightly wider and more rounded cap shape which can give you a better seal. To my ears, this combination improves the quantity of the bass, takes some edge off the treble sparkle, and gives the sound a more natural detailed tonality.
The material of Omni eartips is as soft and as flexible as W1, but their (Omni) double layer tube has a more secure fit (than W1) which also requires a bit more effort during installation. But at the same time, when you are sweating and moisture gets under the silicone, the nozzle grip is tighter and Omni didn’t slide off even when dealing with a smooth acrylic shell material. W1 worked great with many IEMs and was easier to install on oddly shaped nozzles, but Omni felt even more secure than W1, especially during sweaty workouts.
And as I mentioned in the intro of this review, we all have a unique ear anatomy and sound changes are rather subjective. Thus, when people ask me which eartips are the best, my suggestion is to build and to expand your collection of different popular eartips and try them all with every new pair of IEMs you get. And such collection cannot be complete without SpinFit eartips, especially their latest Omni model.

Thanks Alex for this great review and comparisons with other tips.
My go-to tips are SpinFit CP145 and W1.
Depending on my IEMs, I use M or L size.
What is your recommendation for the SpinFit Omni ?
Should I also buy M and L size or should I get L and XL instead ?

As you probably aware, due to iem nozzle diameter variation, sometimes you need to go up/down one size. In your case, I would get L size and test it with your iems to figure out which way to go and then decide if you need M or XL.

Thank you for your quick reply. Excellent advice indeed.
However I’m still wondering if I should go up or keep the same sizes (I intend to order 2 sets in two different sizes) ?
SpinFit W1/CP145 M size -> SpinFit Omni L size
SpinFit W1/CP145 L size -> SpinFit Omni XL size
or
SpinFit W1/CP145 M size -> SpinFit Omni M size
SpinFit W1/CP145 L size -> SpinFit Omni L size
As a matter of fact Omni width is 0.5mm shorter (and Omni height is about 1.5mm shorter as well).
In Europe, these tips are not very cheap and we have only a few SpinFit distributors who charge expensive shipping fee. So I would like to avoid to order the wrong sizes or submit several orders.
