iBasso is not a company that plays it safe with iterative product refreshes. With the iBasso DX270 R2R Ultra ($1,149), they have completely shifted their mid-tier design philosophy away from conventional multi-chip delta-sigma architectures to deliver a bespoke, discrete digital audio transport.
